Nominate a Charity
Members who wish to submit a charity for consideration must complete and submit a Charitable Organization Fact Sheet. Three charity submissions will be randomly drawn at the meeting and if your submission is drawn you will be asked to give your five minute presentation. and be prepared to make a five minute presentation at the meeting to the members about such charity. If for any reason you don't feel comfortable giving the presentation, you can have someone else give the presentation on your behalf.
Only members who have signed and submitted a Membership Commitment Form and are current on their contributions may submit a charity for consideration. Charities/Organizations cannot submit themselves on their own behalf.
A new member is permitted to submit a charity after a one quarter/meeting grace period.
